Syarat dan Ketentuan Layanan ini ("Ketentuan") mengatur akses dan penggunaan Anda terhadap layanan Numedia AI, termasuk situs web kami dan platform pembuatan konten AI (secara kolektif, "Layanan"). Dengan mengakses atau menggunakan Layanan, Anda setuju untuk terikat oleh Ketentuan ini.

AI Content Services and Content Generation

Our AI content generation services are designed to help you create unique content from URLs, text inputs, or other sources.

Content Ownership and Licensing

  • You retain ownership of the original content you submit and the AI-generated content our service produces for you.
  • By submitting content to our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.
  • We do not claim ownership over content generated through our platform.

Content Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for any content you generate using our service.
  • You warrant that you have the legal right to transform any source content you input into our system.
  • Using our service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise objectionable is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable.

Payment Terms and Subscription

We offer various subscription plans and payment options for our Service.

  • All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis or as otherwise specified during purchase.
  • You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for all fees related to your subscription.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing and subscription plans with notice to our users.

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
  • Content generation may be subject to usage limits as specified in your subscription plan.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content generated through our Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service as permitted by these Terms.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written consent.
  • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
  • Numedia, Numedia AI, and related logos are our trademarks, and you may not use them without our prior written permission.

Layanan kami, termasuk perangkat lunak, desain, teks, grafik, logo, dan konten lainnya, adalah milik kami dan dilindungi oleh hak cipta, merek dagang, dan undang-undang kekayaan intelektual lainnya.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

Sejauh diizinkan oleh hukum, kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, khusus, konsekuensial, atau punitif, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada, kerugian atas kehilangan keuntungan, goodwill, penggunaan, data, atau kerugian tidak berwujud lainnya yang diakibatkan oleh penggunaan Layanan oleh Anda.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Numedia AI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Any content you generate using the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Anda setuju untuk mengganti kerugian, membela, dan membebaskan Numedia AI dan petugas, direktur, karyawan, agen, dan afiliasinya dari dan terhadap setiap dan semua klaim, kewajiban, kerusakan, kerugian, biaya, pengeluaran, atau biaya (termasuk biaya pengacara yang wajar) yang timbul dari atau terkait dengan penggunaan Layanan oleh Anda atau konten yang Anda hasilkan.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be initially addressed through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Ketentuan ini diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan hukum Indonesia, tanpa memperhatikan ketentuan konflik hukumnya. Setiap perselisihan yang timbul dari atau terkait dengan Ketentuan ini atau Layanan akan diselesaikan melalui negosiasi dengan itikad baik. Jika perselisihan tidak dapat diselesaikan melalui negosiasi, maka akan diserahkan ke arbitrase final dan mengikat di bawah aturan Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI) di Jakarta, Indonesia.

Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through our Service or by other means to give you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Kami berhak untuk mengubah Ketentuan ini kapan saja. Jika kami membuat perubahan yang signifikan terhadap Ketentuan ini, kami akan memberikan pemberitahuan melalui Layanan kami atau dengan cara lain untuk memberi Anda kesempatan meninjau perubahan sebelum mereka berlaku. Penggunaan berkelanjutan Anda atas Layanan setelah perubahan berlaku merupakan penerimaan Anda terhadap perubahan tersebut.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Kami dapat menghentikan atau menangguhkan akses Anda ke Layanan dengan segera, tanpa pemberitahuan atau kewajiban sebelumnya, untuk alasan apa pun, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada pelanggaran Ketentuan ini. Setelah penghentian, hak Anda untuk menggunakan Layanan akan segera berhenti.
